Sprouts Tepee parties can be booked within any of the usual Sprouts session times. Great for school children and young ones alike. Enjoy play time on our amazing 4-tiered soft play, followed by party food in our brand-new Tepee. Let us do all the hard work for you so you can enjoy the party without the pressure and the mess!

Here are some of the details you need to know before booking:

• Available Sprout About party times are: 9.15am-12noon, 12noon -2.30pm and 3.00pm-5.30pm, Saturdays and Sundays plus weekdays during school holidays. 
• Parties can be booked for a minimum of 12, maximum of 18 children.
• Each party booking includes:
  • Admission to the Sprouts play area and admission for 1 accompanying adult. The birthday child’s ticket includes admission for 2 additional adults.
  • Guest list management at the Sprouts admission desk
  • An hour and a half of play time within Sprouts play barn with a reserved picnic bench for the grown ups to sit at whilst the kids play
  • A tannoy announcement inviting your guests to relocate to our Tepee for the remainder of your session to enjoy your party food.    
  • A party picnic bag with 5 food items and a carton of juice, prepared by the Rose Cottage Café. Food choices are viewed and selected at the time of booking. All picnic bags must contain the same items.

Other useful info:

• If you are unsure what your final guests numbers will be, please book for the minimum 12 children and we can add additional guests nearer the time.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed and additional guests paid for at least 7 days prior to party date. 
• A complete guest list will be required 7 days prior to the party date.
• Once the party have left the play barn for the Tepee, they will not be able to re-enter Sprouts Play Barn.
• Your party package includes party picnic bags with up to 5 items. Additional food items may be taken into the Tepee if desired, but these may not be taken into Sprouts Play Barn for the play portion of your party.
• You are welcome to bring your own cake into the Tepee or you can order a cake through our Bakery team. Please contact them on 01865 392203 to discuss your options. The bakery will require at least 14 days notice to provide a cake and can only make a certain number each week. Orders are taken on a first come first serve basis. **PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BRING MATCHES AND CANDLES WITH YOU AS THIS IS SOMETHING WE DO NOT SUPPLY** 
• We can cater for any special dietary requirements as long as we are made aware at least 7 days prior to the party date.
• You will not be able to enter the Tepee until you have finished your play time in Sprouts and the Tepee must be vacated by the end of the booking time to allow us to fully clean and prepare for the next party. Once your group have left the play barn for the Tepee, they will not be able to re-enter Sprouts Play Barn.
• Reductions in numbers are unable to be refunded, however, names on the guest list can be changed.
• We will be unable to refund any unexpected non-attendees on the day.
• Only guests named on the guest list will be able to join the group in the play barn and Tepee. Others, such as siblings of guests, can pay to enter the play barn independently via the admission desk or by booking tickets online via our website and join the group in the play area only.
• All party packages are non refundable so please be sure to read our full terms and conditions before making your party booking.
