Sprouts Main Seating Area Party
This is a great alternative to our party package options, particularly for those customers with smaller group sizes or if their chosen party date is unavailable. To make your party extra special additional items can be added such as party bags and the all-important birthday cake.
Below is some useful info before you book:
- We recommend you arrive promptly at the start of the session to allow you to find the space and benches you need for you and your guests. Early entry is not possible as we will be busy cleaning ahead of the session starting.
- We are happy for you to push a couple of benches together but we ask you to only use the table space that you need for your group size.
- Alternatively you can choose to reserve a table on booking.
- We are happy for you to bring with you some tablecloths, plates, and other tableware etc, but we can’t allow helium balloons. Normal air-filled balloons are fine.
- We will provide you with a guest list to complete. This makes it easier for any late arriving guests on the day as our team can check them off and allow them entry. Alternatively, you can send all of your guests your booking reference barcode. Giving your name alone won't be sufficient to gain entry without you returning a completed guest list.
- Please ensure that all your guests understand that it is not a party package and that they need to enter via the main admissions desk.
- Sprouts play barn is a Nut free venue so only food purchased in Rose Cottage Café is permitted inside. Rose Cottage is situated within the Play Barn and serves a wide variety of delicious hot and cold food, and snacks. We also have a wide range of products suitable for those with special dietary requirements.
- This includes birthday cakes. If you are wanting to order a cake through our Bakery team please contact them on 01865 392203 to discuss your options. Please remember the Bakery require a minimum of 14 days for cake orders and can only make a certain number each week so the sooner you can get your order in the better! Please note candles are not allowed in our main seating area.
