Sprout About parties can be booked within any of the usual session times at weekends and school holidays. Great for school children and young ones alike. Let us do all the hard work for you so you can enjoy the party without the pressure and the mess!

Here are some of the details you need to know before booking:

• Available Sprout About party times are: 9.15am-11.30am, 12.00pm-2.30pm and 3.00pm-5.30pm, Saturdays and Sundays plus weekdays during school holidays. 
• Parties can be booked for a minimum of 12, maximum of 35 children.
• Each child party guest receives:
  • admission to the play area and admission for 1 accompanying adult. The birthday child’s ticket includes admission for 2 additional adults.
  • a party food buffet with 6 food choices, freshly prepared by the Rose Cottage Café. Breakfast options are available for morning parties in addition to our traditional Party Food options. Food choices are viewed and selected at the time of booking.

·        Each party booking includes:

• • a Sprouts invitation template emailed to you on booking or printed invitations are available to collect. This includes arrival instructions for your guests.
  • a themed party room with tablecloths, plates, cups and napkins provided
  • entrance into your party room via our VIP party gate and access into the play area directly from your party room.
  • exclusive use of your party room for the duration of the party.
  • a private party host for the duration of your party who will welcome your guests and ensure the smooth running of your party.
  • a treasure chest gift trunk to store your child’s gifts for the duration of the party.
  • one cup of tea or filter coffee for the adult guests.
  • unlimited squash and water for the party guests for the duration of the party.
  • your party host will be ensuring all party guests return to the room in time for their food.
  • your party host will help assist with cutting slices of cake to put into party bags if you wish.
  • party rooms have air conditioning during the summer months if required.

Other useful info:

• A party room will be allocated after booking depending on your expected party size. An additional £50 fee will apply for bookings of over 25 children if 2 (joined) party rooms are required.
• If you are unsure what your final guests numbers will be, please book for the minimum 12 children and we can add additional guests nearer the time.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed and additional guests paid for at least 7 days prior to party date. 
• A complete guest list must be provided 7 days prior to the party date. If we are still waiting to receive your guest list 48 hours prior to the date of your party, we will be unable to host your party, and it will be cancelled. No refund will be given.
• As your party package includes food, please note no additional food or drinks can be taken into the party room unless purchased from Rose Cottage Cafe.
• The exception to this is a cake! Home bakers are welcome to bring their own cake. Alternatively, you can order a cake through our Bakery team. Please contact them on 01865 392203 to discuss your options. The bakery will require at least 14 days notice to provide a cake and can only make a certain number each week. Orders are taken on a first come first serve basis. **PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BRING MATCHES AND CANDLES WITH YOU AS THIS IS SOMETHING WE DO NOT SUPPLY** 
• We can cater for any special dietary requirements as long as we are made aware at least 7 days prior to the party date.
• You are welcome to bring decorations to add to your party room, however please refrain from sticking anything to walls – our party co-ordinator can advise on the best decorations after you have made your booking.
• You will be able to enter your party room from the time stated on your booking so please factor any time you may wish to spend setting up before your guests arrive into your party arrangements. Early entry is not possible as we will be preparing your room for you during our session change over.
• You will need to vacate the room by the end of the booking time to allow us to fully clean and prepare for the next party.
• Adults will be able to use the bench seating provided in your private party room. When we are at capacity it will not be possible for your party grown up guests to sit in the main seating area adjacent to the play frame. 
• Reductions in numbers are unable to be refunded, however names on the guest list can be changed.
• We will be unable to refund any unexpected non-attendees on the day.
• Only guests named on the guest list will be able to join the group in the party room, others, such as siblings of guests, can pay to enter via the admission desk or by booking tickets online via our website and join the group in the play area only.
• Any other additional adults must be paid for at the party adult rate of £4.00 per adult. We advise additional adults are added to your booking online on our party system in advance where possible. This can be done on the day at our admissions desk subject to ticket availability for that session and is not guaranteed. 
• During the winter months, please be aware that our Outdoor Play area will be closed for our 3pm session daily. This is in addition to if we need to close due to maintenance or safety concerns caused by the weather.
• All party packages are non refundable so please be sure to read our full terms and conditions before making your party booking.
